We collect your information when you use our Services or register with us. When you register we require and collect personally identifiable information from you that may include your email address, first name, last name, address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, dietary preferences, location (“Personal Information”). Your Website and/or App usage data is collected automatically by us; either generated by use of the Services or from the Services infrastructure itself, such as App usage time, your location, physical activity (i.e. your walking/ running movements), number of visits to our Website and/or App. We do not, however, knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen. In addition, if a user is under 18, unless consent is obtained from your parent/guardian, you are not allowed to provide us with any personal information. Additionally, you have the option to share details regarding your trips, including locations you have visited and any personal notes/ comments regarding location and/or your trip.
We may share your Non-Personal Information we collect in the following manner:
☛ With third party service providers to enable them to provide the Services you request, such as channel partners, application developers, analytics (Foursquare, Google Places and AccuWeather).
☛ With the general public if you submit content in a public forum (social media websites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), for reviews, comments, social media posts, or with other features of our Services that are viewable by the general public.
With third parties with whom you choose to let us share information, for example other apps or websites that integrate with our API or Services, or those with an API or services (such as Foursquare and Google Places API (to obtain location information and photographs based on GPS coordinates) and AccuWeather (for weather information)) with which we integrate.

We use third-party service provider Microsoft Azure to store and process your information in the United States and other jurisdictions. We will utilize all security protocols available from Microsoft Azure to safeguard your information and additionally implement the following to make sure your information is always protected and safe.
☛ Access Control - To restrict the information access based on the role, and to ensure that only authorized users will be able to see data required to perform their specific job.
☛ Integrity - Frequent backups to protect the data from accidental loss or destruction. Disaster recovery policy and backup plan in palace to ensure data integrity.
☛ Pseudonymization - Replace user data which is only used to statistical purposes with random texts.
☛ Encryption in-transit - SSL/TLS standards to protect the data in-transit.
☛ Encryption at-rest - Strong at-rest encryption, Azure security standards.
☛ Password policies and 2FA for admins.
The security, integrity and confidentiality of your information is extremely important to us. Our data security and integrity partners use technical, administrative and physical security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use and modification.
We, through our partners, strive to implement and maintain reasonable, industry-standard secure storage technologies and commercially acceptable security procedures and practices appropriate to the information we store, in order to protect it from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure. However, we cannot ensure or warrant 100% security of any information you provide to us or guarantee that information on the Services may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by unauthorized persons or hardware or software failure. Further, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the information we have collected from you.

We may transfer your personal information to any current or future subsidiaries or affiliates of traveloryapp Solutions or third parties in locations around the world for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. Whenever your information is transferred, stored or processed by us or by companies carrying out such services on our behalf, we’ll take reasonable steps to safeguard the privacy of your personal information.
We will make sure we, as a minimum, use the standards of data privacy and security that follows from the European General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) anywhere in the world where we collect, store, use or share your personal data. Where your local rules require more from us than that, we will adjust our practice to make sure your data is safe with us no matter where in the world you are! These rules are set by European data authorities across the European Union (EU) and set the some of the highest standards in the world on data collection, storage, use and sharing.
- Do Not Track
Some web browsers may give you the ability to enable a "do not track" feature that sends signals to the websites you visit, indicating that you do not want your online activities tracked. This is different than blocking or deleting cookies, as browsers with a "do not track" feature enabled may still accept cookies. We will use location tracking methods available for native iOS and Android platforms. User will be able to opt in or out from location tracking when they will first use the app or anytime from operation system settings. If user chooses to opt-out from location tracking, the App will display a message on the home screen that no new live trips can be created till location tracking is turned on. They will still be able to see existing trips or trips shared by other users.
- Notice to California Residents
If you’re a California resident, you’re permitted by California Civil Code Section 1798.83 to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information by certain members of the traveloryapp Solutions to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. With respect to these entities, this privacy policy applies only to their activities within the State of California.

This Privacy Policy will remain in effect, except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page. We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically.
